Artificial intelligence company Everseen moved its headquarters to the UBC 1 building at Iulius Town Timisoara, leasing 1,250 sqm. This is the company’s only headquarters in Romania and its main global headquarters. UBC 1 offers 13,000 sqm of space within the Iulius Town project, developed by Iulius and Atterbury Europe. The scheme is the largest investment in western Romania. It is valued at €442m.
