IGaming software provider EveryMatrix has leased 7,500 sqm of office space in the Arghezi 4 project in the Capital, developed by Strabag Real Estate. The construction of the project has already started, with a deadline of 2023.
“We want to set a new level of quality office development in this area, by delivering a sustainable building that provides EveryMatrix and its ever-growing team an attractive work environment,” says Monica Bărcuţean, Area Manager of STRABAG Real Estate Romania.
Both parties were assisted in the transaction by the real estate consulting company SVN Romania.
