The former owner of Agropol Jiří Malúš is preparing to reconstruct two buildings in Prague 1 on Opletalova Street into an office and residential complex. Malúš sold Agropol to the current Czech finance minister Andrej Babiš, but kept these buildings for himself. He’s currently negotiating with historic preservation officials about his plans for the project which is being planned across the street from a project being developed by Flow East. Malúš, however, already has a planning permit. Most of the project will be made into offices, but the highest floors will offer apartments, with retail planned for the ground floor.
