L&L Holding Company has appointed David Seth Orowitz as Senior Vice President of Development where he will focus on the company’s ongoing development, redevelopment and acquisition efforts throughout Manhattan. Prior to joining L&L, Orowitz served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development at the Trump Organization and worked as Vice President at Kaiser Associates in Washington, D.C. Orowitz received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College and earned a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
