Exeter Property Group has acquired a 245,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Corporate Park of Coral Springs in a $14.88 million sale. Situated on a 38 acre site at 4250 Coral Ridge Drive, 17 acres of the property are currently is undeveloped. Built in 1981, the building was formerly known as the Alliance Building and was fully renovated in 1995 to meet Category Five hurricane safety standards. The facility features 196,000 sqf of warehouse and manufacturing space, 63,000 sqf of office space, a 17,771 sqf mezzanine. It also offers a 1,600 sqf data room, a 45-seat auditorium style theater and 537 parking spaces. The facility is 100 percent air-conditioned with ceiling heights from 24 feet to 35 feet with nine dock high and one drive-in door. The facility also has the capacity run for seven days at full capacity off a back up generator.
