Exeter Property Group is building a distribution center next to the Orlando International Airport. Located on a 42-acre land parcel, the 561,750 sq ft property was designed by GMA Architects. The facility will feature 103 dock positions, a 185-foot truck court, a 60-foot concrete truck apron along with storage spaces for 112 trailers and parking for 312 vehicles. Office space will be built to suit specific tenant needs. The property benefits has easy access to the Florida Turnpike, State Roads 528 and 417 and will increase Exeter’s portfolio to 3.5 million sq ft along the I-4 Corridor. Arco Murray is the general contractor, while Florida Engineering Group is the project’s civil engineer.
