The real estate developer Exigent Development is preparing for the construction of the last stage of the Exigent Plaza Residence complex, located between the Plaza România mall and Timișoara Park and will add another 1,288 apartments to the approximately 6,000 homes already delivered and sold.
“Exigent Development is now carrying out demolition works on the land that will be used for the construction of the fifth and last phase of the Exigent Plaza Residence complex. We estimate the actual start of the works in 2 months and the completion is expected by the end of 2023. The cost of developing this stage, without the land price, will be about EUR 70 million, without VAT,” said Daniel Niculae , one of the associates of the developer company.
