Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, is expanding Panattoni Park Mysłowice by a further building. The new seventh facility with 28,100 sqm of industrial space will be occupied by three companies: Manuli Hydraulics, Valeo and a representative of the logistics industry.
Panattoni Europe began the construction of the seventh building in Panattoni Park Mysłowice – one of the largest distribution centres in Poland, which was two times in a row named the “Best warehouse in Poland” in a client survey conducted by the Euobuild Awards initiative. The new building will comprise 28 100 sqm and is dedicated to three tenants: the representative of the logistics industry, which will occupy 9 500 sqm, Manuli Hydraulics – the world leader in the hydraulic industry, which is already a tenant of the park and will take up 9 300 sqm and Valeo – automotive components manufacturer for the OEM market and spare parts, which will occupy 9 200 sqm. The transaction with Valeo was mediated by the Jones Lang LaSalle real estate agency.
