Integrated Builders has started construction of a 105,000 sqf office expansion at Two Wells Avenue in Newton, MA. The new, three-story addition will require extensive demolition on the north and west portions of the existing facility, and will increase the buildingās total size from 69,000 sqf to 127,000 sqf.
Located just minutes from the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 128/I-95, the building is situated near the new Kendrick Street interchange at Route 128/I-95. The Integrated Builders team will provide construction management and contracting services along with Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, who will provide architecture and planning services. The project is slated for completion in December 2016.
