EY to move into Titania Building in Madrid

30 November 2015

EY signed a lease agreement with El Corte Inglés to fully occupy the office component of Torre Titania in Madrid’s financial district. The consultancy will move its 2,000 employees into the 111-meter building in 2017. The scheme offers five levels of underground parking and seven floors of retail space. The top 11 floors are offices, all of which will be occupied by EY. The site used to house the former Torre Windsor building, which burnt down in 2005.
