Eyemaxx Real Estate plans to develop its first residential project in Germany. Called “Park Apartments Potsdam”, the scheme will be located in southeast Potsdam on a 5,800 sqm plot called “Zum Jagenstein”. The project includes 6,500 sqm of living space in 100 apartments. Construction is scheduled to start this year and its completion is set for 2016.The value of the investment is €17m. Recently Eyemaxx Real Estate declared the commencement of a €29m residential project in Vienna. “Park Apartments Potsdam” is the first investment in the former commercial property development specialist’s new business arena.
