Eyemaxx Real Estate is set to build a new mixed-use development Komponistenviertel for €170m. The company’s partner DIE Deutsche Immobilien Entwicklungs will help develop the residential and office project, on a 73,000 sqm plot in Schönefeld. The mixed-use project will offer 450 units and 23,400 sqm of office space with 690 parking spaces. The project is Eyemaxx’s second largest development ever. “We believe that the project will benefit from rising demand for new apartments and for commercial space in this location close to the newly opened airport Berlin Brandenburg in Schönefeld,” said Dr. Michael Müller, CEO at Eyemaxx Real Estate.
