EYEMAXX Real Estate has secured a residential project of serviced apartments in Essen. The company is set to build a scheme comprising 157 serviced apartments covering 6,000 sqm in north of Essen. The project volume amounts to approximately €20m. The construction is set to start later in 2018, with completion expected in 2020. EYEMAXX Real Estate officials call the serviced apartments markets one of the fastest growing and profitable segments of the real estate market.
