The Polish company Famix has leased a total of 8,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R Park Kraków and 7R Park Rzeszów. The developer 7R handed over its first warehouse space in Kraków to Famix in June earlier this year in a lease deal for 2,900 sqm. Famix has also agreed to lease over 5,000 sqm in the first building at 7R Park Rzeszów. 7R is planning to hand over the facility in October. Famix is a major producer and exporter of windows and doors.
