FAN Courier, the leader of the local courier market, has ongoing investments of about EUR 30 million.
“We have the logistics hub in Cluj, for which we started designing a few years ago, and in the meantime we managed to acquire more land and redesigned. We now have an area of 45,000 sqm there and we will build a specific FAN warehouse, an investment of around EUR 11 million and there will be another investment of about EUR 11 million in sorting and discarding packages. We hope that the investment in Cluj will be ready next year in September “, said Neculai Mihai, co-founder of FAN Courier.
The investment plans amount to a total of EUR 30 million and also include investment projects in Cluj and Bucharest. “We have an open construction site in Bucharest for a parking lot of about 10,000 sqm, we have an extension planned in Cluj where we are waiting for the building permit and we have a logistical development in Bucharest, which we want to do in the near future, in the Giurgiului-Sector 4 area ”, Neculai added.
FAN Courier’s business increased by 27 percent in 2020, when the investments amounted to about EUR 15 million.
