The courier company FAN Courier bought 8 hectares of land on the Sibiu ring road, in the Șura Mică area, in order to build its fourth logistics hub on the local market. The value of the transaction amounts to about EUR 2 million.
“We still don’t know what surface the hub will have. We have to see first what the construction rules are, to do the PUZ, the PUD. It takes a while. This year it is possible to open the tenders for construction “, said Felix Pătrășcanu, co-founder of FAN Courier.
FAN Courier has over 7,500 employees and collaborators and a number of approximately 4,400 vehicles. The company’s business exceeded the threshold of RON 1 billion in 2020, an advance of over 27 percent compared to the previous year.
