Farby Kabe Polska has leased 600 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space at Segro Business Park Warsaw-Żerań. The Swiss manufacturing company was represented during the lease process by Cresa. “We are pleased to welcome a new client at the Segro park in Żerań. The park is a perfect example of an urban facility that enjoys easy access and proximity to the largest market in Poland. In addition, new opportunities will soon open up for our clients in Segro Business Park Warsaw-Ożarów, where 7,500 sqm is currently under construction in two modern schemes,” said Waldemar Witczak, regional director at Segro.
