Fareri Associates has acquired the Greenwich Office Park for $130 million, or over $341 per square foot. Located at 51 Weaver Street in Greenwich, CT, the complex is an eight building Class A office park that was 83 percent leased at the time of the sale. The transaction represents the largest office sale in Greenwich over the last five years. Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley and Travis Langer of CBRE’s Institutional Properties in collaboration with David Block represented the seller, Clarion Partners.
