Fausto Capital OÜ has bought the Postimees office building at Maakri 23a in Tallinn. The 14 storey, 8,000 sqm office building lies in the heart of Tallinn’s central business district. Sven Mihailov, Member of the Management Board of Fausto Capital said that the company will start design work this year ahead of a transformation of the building into a class A office building. He claims that the building is receiving a good deal of interest from prominent law firms and that several hotel chains and large companies have also expressed interest. The Estonian Media Group, which operates Postimees, will move to the new Fahle Park complex, which is currently being built by Fausto.
