Jacksonville Beach based FaverGray is building a $20 million student housing project in Knoxville, Tennessee. The 101-unit, 382-bed facility, called Clinch Avenue, will total 208,376 square feet. The project will consist of two apartment buildings, one with six stories and the other with three. Also included in the project will be a three story parking garage. Kelly Grossman Architects of Austin are the architects on the project, which should be done by March 2016. FaverGray is currently building a $36.5 million student housing community in Tampa.
