Jacksonville Beach based FaverGray Co. has won the contract for the construction of a $27.8 million apartment project in Louisville, Kentucky. The new scheme, the Springs at Hurstbourne apartments, will have 284 units in 350,683 square feet spread out over two stories. The developer of the scheme is Continental Properties with Kahler Slater inc. of Milwaukee chosen as the architect. FaverGray has also won a contract to build a $29 million apartment community in Liberty Township, Ohio. The venture is slated for completion in March 2017.
