FaverGray Co., based in Jacksonville Beach, has won a tender to build a $51 million student housing project in Lubbock, Texas. Commissioned by American Campus Communities, the 1,204-bed, 296-unit project will be named 21Hundred at Overton Park. The 518,000-square-foot project will feature 12 three-story apartment buildings, four three-story carriage house buildings, nine carports, a one-story clubhouse and two exterior pools. The company expects to finish construction of the complex in August of 2017.
