FaverGray to build Cincinnati multifamily scheme for Continental Properties

Jacksonville-based contractor FaverGray Co. has won a tender to build a multifamily apartment project in the Cincinnati suburb of West Chester, Ohio. The two-story project will be called Springs at West Chester and feature 308 units covering 401,782 sqf. The developer, Continental Properties, has also tapped Phillips Partnership of Atlanta, Georgia as the architect of the new scheme. FaverGrey specalizes in multifamily housing and has completed over 2,400 units of student housing (8,900 beds) along with 4,225 multifamily apartment units and senior living projects with a contract value of over $600 million. The project is slated for completion by September 2017.
