FBE Limited, headed by Abraham Fruchthandler, has acquired four connected Upper Manhattan rental buildings at a price tag of $50 million. Located at 60-68 West 107th Street, the four story elevator properties total 100 rental apartments across 100,600 square feet. The buildings, situated between Columbus and Manhattan avenues in the Manhattan Valley neighborhood, each have 25 rental units. This is the first time in 45 years the assets have changed hands as the building’s sellers have owned them since the late 1960’s. The buyer has extensive property holdings throughout New York city.
