Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, a leading Spanish construction company based in Barcelona, is planning to sell all of its assets located across Spain. The portfolio includes housing developments, land plots and garages. The most valuable investment is reportedly a batch of land plots under development in Tres Cantoslocated in Madrid with a book value more than €120m, as well as the Las Mercedes estate in the capital, worth €120m. The total value of all FCC’s assets amounts to €328 m.
