CTP has convinced FEI, an American concern focused on scientific devices, to establish its research and technology center in one of its projects in Brno, Czech Republic. The developer is building 40,000 sqm facility for the new tenant in CTPark Brno. The American concern has signed a 20 year lease, with an option to expand in the park. CTP will invest €30m into the facility. FEI is the latest addition to a tenant list that now includes names such as Honeywell, Acer and Moduslink.
