Feibra, a subsidiary of the Austrian post, announced it applied to enter the Hungarian market. Feibra is the first postal company to make such a request since the market was liberalized at the start of the year. The application was filed with the National Media and Infocommunications Authority. Applications must be submitted 45 days before new players can begin operating on the Hungarian market.
