Felinvest has secured two loans worth €10.2m that will mostly help fund future real estate projects. The Cluj-Napoca-based company, controlled by Octavian Buzoianu, will use €4.93m to finance its Cluj Business Center, while another portion will be used to refinance an existing €5.27m loan from Carpathian Bank. The loans are for a period of 180 months. Buzoianu holds a 86-percent stake in Felinvest.
