Ferg’s Depot in St. Petersburg buys own building from landlord

16 June 2016

St. Petersburg-based bar and restaurant Ferg’s Depot has purchased its location next to the SunRail Church Street commuter rail station in downtown Orlando. The historic building, which was once known as the Church Street Depot and served as a train station had remained vacant for many years before Ferg’s Depot, signed a lease for the space in 2013. The $3 million deal encompasses 16,000 sqf of indoor and patio space at 78 W. Church St. The company bought the facility from Boston-based Tremont Realty Capital.
