FF Group Romania, a sportswear and fashion retailer, is renovating a historic building in downtown Bucharest into 5,000 sqm of office and retail space. The project is expected to cost €5m. FF Group secured a €4m loan from Garanti Bank. The project, set for completion in May 2015, will include three retail levels dedicated to brands in FF Group’s distribution network, including Armani Jeans, Converse, Pepe Jeans London, Polo Ralph Lauren and Ted Baker. The building’s office space will be leased.
