Work should get underway on the fifth phase of Galvaniho Business Centrum next to the Avion business center in Bratislava in the third quarter of next year. The new building will offer 15,886 sqm of office as well as retail and services on the ground floor and 393 underground parking spots. Opening is scheduled for 2021. The project is being prepared by an SPV called Galvaniho V, with Asseco Central Europe, Pavel Fellner and Martin Šechny from Cresco Investment Group as shareholders.
