FIM Group plans to redevelop the former Odkolek bakery area in Prague-VysoÄany into a new neighborhood. The brownfield, stretching across 5 ha, will be rebuilt into a residential and business area, offering 700 flats with total area of 50,000 sqm and 17,000 sqm of offices. Italian firm Capelli & Associati cooperated with Helika on the design.
The Italian developer has been working on the project for a few years, but the City of Prague only approved the necessary change to master plan two months ago. Work on the project, worth CZK 1.5bn, should get underway in 2014.
