Vastint Poland selected Hochtief Polska as general contractor for the final phase of its Warsaw Business Garden scheme. Under the agreement, Hochtief will add five new office buildings to the complex, totaling 102,000 sqm set to go up at Żwirki and Wigury streets. The contractor, who also oversaw the first phase, has until 2017 to finish work.
This second phase will add five eight-story office buildings, totaling 56,000 sqm of leasable space. The project will undergo LEED Platinum certification; 60 percent of the site will be dedicated to green space. Owned by Inter IKEA Property Division, Vastint Poland is the project’s investor and developer. JSK designed the scheme.
