Having completed 700 flats in Prague’s Prosek neighborhood, Finep has now launched sales on a further 100 units in project called Prosek Park VII. The total value of apartments the developer completed in the neighborhood currently stands at CZK 1.5bn. The flats in the new phase range 28 sqm studios to 4-room units with 122 sqm. Prices starts at CZK 47,000/sqm. Spokeswoman Pavla Temrová says that flats in Prosek are traditionally Finep’s fastest selling, with 90 percent usually sold by the time customers start moving in. She says this is due to the proximity of the Střížkov metro station and to the availability of a wide range of public amenities. Prosek Park VII. is scheduled for completion in spring 2015.
