Finep plans to build an additional 1,300 flats in Mongolia by 2023. The developer has completed 300 flats on the Mongolian market since 2013. Finep director Tomáš Pardubický told ČTK that the state pushes investors to accelerate residential development by investing into infrastructure and quickening the planning process in an effort to increase modern living spaces within the country. By comparison, 12 out of the 22 construction offices in Prague have not issued a single construction permit in H1 2016. Work started on just 522 flats in the first six months, down 80 percent y-o-y.
