Finep is expanding its cooperative housing offer in Prague. The developer has launched its third residential project in a location called Malý háj in Prague’s Štěrboholy district. Finep offers cooperative flats at its Prosek Park project, as well as in the City West neighborhood of Prague 5-Stodůlky and in Malý háj, where the company offers both family houses and flats. Finep’s finance director, Štěpán Havlas, says the developer sold 500 cooperative flats over the last five years and plans to expand the ratio of cooperative flats in its offer to 15 percent.
