Finep resumes work on its residential project in Bratislava’s Old Town. The developer put the project on hold 10 years ago. Finep is planning to build a 23-story tower on the plot at the corner of Šancova and Beskydska streets near the YMCA and expand the lower part of the project to offer mixed-use space. Skanska is overseeing the construction. Completion is scheduled for November 2016.
