Finep’s sales volume jumped 12 percent in 2016. The developer sold 658 flats and 30 family houses last year, totaling CZK 2.39bn in sales revenue. In 2017, Finep is planning to sell an additional 600 homes, with new residential projects to go up in Prague 5 and Prague 4.
Cooperative flats also sold well in 2016, and Finep plans to offer an additional 148 new cooperative flats this year. Finep is also planning to build 10,000 sqm of office at its office complex City West in Prague 5-Stodůlky.
