Finep has launched the sale of apartments in the fourth phase of British Quarter, the residential component of its City West development in Prague 5 Stodůlky. The 15-story building will be a landmark for the area. Nearly 140 units will be added to the project, ranging from one-room studios with 38 sqm to four-room flats offering 120 sqm. “It is one of Finep’s most successful projects. The first and second phase sold out prior to completion. In the third phase, currently under construction, only 10 flats are still on offer,” said Finep’s CEO Tomáš Pardubický.
