Finep is to extend its offer of cooperative flats as it launched sales of flats in Prosek Park VI. The apartment building will offer 92 units ranging from one to four rooms (27-114 sqm). The developer is using the rather uncommon cooperative model in this project, which Finep’s financial director Štěpán Havlas says has helped attract strong interest, as sales are proceeding quickly. Finep introduced the cooperative ownership, once popular over 20 years ago for new project, in 2011.
