Finep is planning to add Endlicher House to its residential highrise Premiére on Šancova street in Bratislava. The mixed-use project will offer services and shops in a triangle-shaped building with five above ground and three underground levels. Parking capacity in the project will total 40 spaces. Retail will stretch across the two lower floors, with 22 rental apartments and studios to take the the third to fifth floors. Completion of the €1.7m project is scheduled by the end of 2019.
