Finep started construction of the third phase of Jegeho alej, a project that has already added 500 flats to the Bratislava residential market. The latest phase will offer more than 200 new units, with construction costs to the developer reported at €8m.
The beginning of construction follows a six-month sales period during which Olga Petková of Finep’s Slovak branch says that half of the flats have been sold. Most are one to two-room units that are being sold for €1700 per sqm. This is €300 per square meter lower than the previous phases. The general contractor Skanska should complete the apartments in the spring of 2014.
