AFI Europe has just completed the brand new interiors of the first batch of 60 rental apartments in the second phase of the AFI Home Kolbenova project in Vysočany. All of them are furnished to a 3-bedroom range, which includes a living room, bedroom and kitchenette, and are available for immediate occupation.
“We plan to add sixty newly furnished apartments to the market per month from now until the end of the summer. This will help us to maintain the continuity of the furnishing process while ensuring a stable supply on the market. In total, there will be 327 units with the possibility of long-term rentals,” says Elena Pisotchi, Rental Housing Manager at AFI Europe.
The apartments range in layout from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom, making them suitable for individuals, couples and families with children. Almost all of them have a loggia or balcony, larger units sometimes even two. Future residents can use the services of a 24-hour reception and a property manager who will ensure regular maintenance and the necessary support in case of minor repairs. In addition, a parking space or a spacious cellar can be rented.
“The timeless interiors were realized in cooperation with XXXLutz and ProCeram. All the furnishings match each other in cold or warm tones, taking into account the different preferences of potential tenants,” comments Elena Pisotchi, adding: “We wanted to offer people a choice between two design options, and I firmly believe that with the elegant design we have been able to satisfy the tastes of most of them. Just add a few distinctive details and in no time the new space will be transformed into a real home.”
The AFI Home Kolbenova 2 apartment building is part of the newly emerging AFI City mixed-use district near Kolbenova metro station. The building’s U-shaped courtyard is planted with greenery and is connected to a large park with benches, a playground and a promenade. In the future, there will also be a kindergarten and a restaurant with outdoor seating.
AFI Europe’s rental portfolio, under the umbrella of its own brand AFI Home, currently includes almost 900 apartments in three different locations: Karlín, Třebešín and Vysočany. The flagship project is AFI Home Třebešín with 61 apartments, which was completed in 2022 and has maintained 100% occupancy since then. Two more rental houses were approved last May. AFI Home Karlín with 172 apartments and the first phase of AFI Home Kolbenova with 313 apartments are currently about 90% occupied and will reach full occupancy in a few weeks.
