The Austrian gambling company Novomatic has opened Admiral Casino in Zagreb, its largest casino in Croatia. The project opened in the Vranii section of the capital city on the site of a former Nama store. By September, the Croatian investor Interigre, plans to open a hotel at the same location. The casino offers more than 300 gambling machines and over 6,000 sqm, while the 4-star hotel will have 45 rooms and additional suites along with a fitness and wellness center, bars and a Taurus Restaurant. The investor is looking for new locations around Croatia for new hotels. Novomatic already has hotels in Macedonia, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Austria and Slovenia.
