The first building at Fabryczna City in Kraków is scheduled to open in April. B1 is the first of three 10-story buildings within the office section of the mixed-use complex, which is also known as Fabryczna Office Park. B2 is scheduled for delivery in January 2020, while B3 should be completed by January 2021. The three buildings will offer a total of 42,000 sqm. Inter-Bud is the developer and the general contractor of the project, while IMB Asymetria Architekci designed the scheme. C&W is the exclusive leasing agent.
