The first lease has been signed at the Gate One Business Park in Warsaw with Internel company taking 1,650 sqm of space there. The warehouse and office complex is currently under construction in Warsawās OkÄcie district, at DziaÅkowa 62 Street, near the Frederic Chopin International Airport. The investor, Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft expects to deliver 19,100 sqm of leasable space with the scheme, with general contractor Strabag scheduled to leave the construction site no later than this June.
