The first of two Face2Face Business Campus office buildings in Katowice has topped off. The first stage of the complex offers 20,000 sqm distributed on seven floors. Construction started in May 2018, while the first tenants will move into the building at the end of this year. The general contractor of the investment is M&JBud, while Grupa 5 Architekci is responsible for the design of the complex. The project has already received BREEAM certification. Another building offering more than 26,000 sqm on 15 floors is under construction adjacent to the first Face2Face building. The entire project is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2020.
