International Management Company has broken ground on a new office building for the Fort Wade Road Office Park within the upscale Ponte Vedra/Nocatee submarket of Jacksonville. It’s the first major construction start for a large multi-office building in the Jacksonville MSA since 2009. Located at 203 Fort Wade Road, Building 3 will offer 62,751 sq ft of Class A office space and is the second of three buildings planned at Fort Wade Road Office Park. CBRE was selected by IMC to represent the landlord as exclusive representatives, a listing which Senior Vice President Lou Nutter will oversee. The building is slated for completion by July 1, 2016.
“We feel that Nocatee is the most attractive office submarket in North Florida for expanding national businesses,” said Nutter. “Fort Wade Road Office Park will become an important north/south connector as development in Nocatee continues to increase.”
