The first phase of Adora Park, a mixed-use project under developed by Tagor in Arad, is nearing completion. The scheme, financed by a €83m loan from Volksbank Romania, will include 12 housing blocks and more than 4,000 sqm of retail space. The project will also offer 5,000 sqm of green areas. The first phase will include 1,300 sqm of ground floor retail space. Tagor also has residential projects in Bucharest, Pipera, Timisoara and Oradea. In March, the developer completed construction on the first 75 apartments in Adora Urban Village in Bucharest.
