AFI Romania is close to finishing the first phase of its large-scale residential project in Bucharest’s Bucurestii Noi area. The developer is set to deliver 190 apartments and 228 surface parking spots in the first phase of AFI City. Once completed, the project will offer a total of 1,700 apartments and 2,000 parking spots, in what will be the among the largest residential schemes in the capital. AFI Romania also owns the shopping center AFI Cotroceni in Bucharest.
